What is your responsibility?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for August 01, 2009:
It is my resposibility to take care of myself, not with selfish wants, but with essentials. I am my own "primary care provider". I am the most important person in my life. Only then can I take care of my family and help other people, which is another responsibility.
