What is your relationship toward sleep?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for July 09, 2009:
Sleep is wonderful, but I don't really realize it until I'm sleeping. I usually go to sleep late at night and awake early in the morning because I currently have a lot on my mind and things need to get done. My sleep is deep, but I awake at Nature's call, and easily fall asleep again. My dreams often contain water, like the ocean or at an amusement park of some sort. I also take naps in the afternoon when I feel exhausted or have a headache. When I awake I feel better and refreshed.

Naps are wonderful. I know what you mean. We had roosters that used to nest in our Avocado and Mango trees, and they decided to announce their presence every morning at 2am or 3am. I'm glad they are gone.
